Modern Residential Renovation in Dallas
This Dallas home renovation, located across from the Dallas Country Club, began with an already remarkable residence. Our task was not to reinvent the home, but to listen carefully, understand its existing refinement, and make precise architectural edits that would improve the way it lives.
We approached the renovation with restraint. The clients and the house both carried a high level of sophistication, so every decision needed to feel intentional, quiet, and integrated. Rather than changing the character of the home, we focused on enhancing function while preserving its tactile, understated language.
Key areas of the residence were reimagined, including the primary bath, closet, kitchen, guest suite, and bar. Material continuity, subtle mirror placements, and natural light were used to expand the feeling of space and deepen the experience of the home. The new bar, once a closed pantry, now glows between the dining and living rooms, becoming a quiet connector within the plan.
The result is a modern residential renovation in Dallas that feels seamless, personal, and deeply considered. The house does not ask for attention, but it rewards it.
