Architectural Design Highlights

This renovation across from the Dallas Country Club reconsiders an already remarkable home. The clients, and the house, both offered a high level of refinement. The task was not to reinvent, but to listen carefully and make surgical edits—enhancing function while preserving the home’s tactile, quiet language.

Key areas such as the primary bath, closet, kitchen, guest suite, and bar were reimagined. Material continuity, subtle mirror placements, and natural light expand space and deepen the experience. The new bar—once a closed pantry—now glows between the dining and living rooms, acting as a quiet connector. The house never asks for attention, but rewards it.
