Tour of Homes: Celebration, Recognition & Reflection

The 2025 Dallas, AIA Tour of Homes returned October 25-26 to celebrate some of the most thoughtful and distinctive residential architecture in North Texas. We were honored to have three homes play a part in the weekend’s festivities: one home we designed from start to finish, one we collaborated on with a former business partner, and one that served as the setting for the Tour’s Premiere Party.

Highlights

  • The weekend kicked off at Winsted in East Dallas, where the Tour Premiere Party was held on Thursday, October 23. Nestled into a wooded slope, the design features a beautiful topography, glorious light, and the long-term vision of its owners.

  • Falls Road was a featured stop on the weekend tour. This Preston Hollow home offers a warm, grounded modernism with natural light, honest materials, and quiet clarity.

  • Also included on the tour was Oliver, a small modern bungalow designed while in partnership with Abeyta Tibbs Architecture. Oliver is a net-zero energy home designed for elegant, modern living within a small footprint.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share our work with the public and honored to be part of a tour that elevates thoughtful, site-specific residential architecture. Many thanks to our clients who opened their homes and shared their stories with all those who visited.

And to those who toured the homes in person, thank you for joining us. We hope the experience inspired you as much as it did us.
