We’re Expanding: Art Curation + Furnishings
Bentley Tibbs Architect is now offering custom curation of art and furnishings for our clients. This expansion of our services is a natural evolution of our core business and allows us to provide a more holistic and complete approach to architecture.
We have always believed that the architecture we create with our clients is not complete until the spaces are occupied. This means the client bringing their whole selves into the architecture. Their objects: art, furnishing, meaningful pieces, all go toward making the work complete. Helping the client add to their collections with pieces that hold meaning and inspiration for them is that final layer that truly infuses a project with their personality, warmth, and individual story.
“Architecture doesn’t stop at walls, roofs, and structure – it lives in how you occupy it. The objects, art, and furnishings you choose help define mood, intent, and the way you move through space. By offering curation services, we’re helping clients make choices that are thoughtful, site-specific, and feel like a natural extension of the architecture.”

How it Works
Because we ground our design in listening, we get the honor of knowing a client very well. During the design process, we are allowed to see into the ideas, beliefs, aspirations and concerns that are important to them. This is how we get to an architecture that tells their unique story. The natural progression is to take that understanding and carry it through to the selections of art, furnishings and objects. If a client decides to engage us in this capacity, we like to begin fairly early in the process so architecture and interior elements are considered in tandem. From there, our office curates a thoughtful set of options that resonate with the architecture, site, and the client’s sensibility.
Then, with the client, we refine the selections, ensuring the pieces aren’t just decorative, but meaningful. Final installation aligns with the architecture, ensuring every piece feels “of the place.”
Client Experience — Falls Road
“It wasn’t about just filling walls, but more about finding art that connected with us and with the feeling of our home. Each piece we considered made us pause, talk, and see the spaces in a new way. It was a rewarding process, and we found pieces that truly feel like part of our home.
